We offer free ground shipping for all orders over $250 shipped within the United States.
Shipping for international and expedited orders will be calculated for you at checkout.
We accept returns on all domestic, non-sale purchases for exchange or store credit as long as you return the items to us undamaged within 7 days of receipt.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds: items may only be returned for exchange or store credit.
Final Sale: Items marked "FINAL SALE" may not be returned or exchanged.
International Sales: All international sales are final and may not be returned.
Terms: In order to be eligible for exchange or store credit, items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, clean, undamaged and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned goods, if we determine that an item has been worn or damaged, it will be sent back to you and will be considered a FINAL SALE.
If you exchange an item, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery.
If you exchange an item for another item of greater value, you shall pay the difference in price. If you exchange an item for another item of lesser value, you will be given a store credit for the balance.
Please call or email us to initiate your return and, if approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label by email.
Once your order has been fulfilled and a shipping label created, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will include the tracking number that will link to the delivery status.
