RETURNS - EXCHANGES – REFUNDS

Principles and procedure of return:

We do not accept returns on purchased goods, except, as specified below*:

* If the products do not conform to your order you may return them, exchange them or request a refund according to the terms and conditions contained in the section entitled "Returns"

* Return Request is made within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.

* Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging together with their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of a partial return. DENIS COLOMB LIFESTYLE has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased via the Website are in original condition when returned.

Returning a product for exchange or refund is free of charge, again only if the product does not conform to your order. To arrange the return, please contact us at sales@deniscolomblifestyle.com.

Exchanges:

We allow exchanges only subject to prior agreement. It is not our policy to accept returns or exhanges but you can contact the office to discuss the eventual option of an exchange, or credit for a future purchase . If you exchange an item for another item of greater value, you shall pay the difference in price.

If you exchange an item for another item of lesser value, you will be refunded within ten (10) business days of receipt of the item returned by crediting your debit or credit card.

Please contact Customer Service to receive the pre-paid label by email.

If you exchange an item, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery.
